Grange’s relatively small-scale operation allows a very hands-on approach to its projects, from both its directors, Nicholas Cockle and Angus Urquhart. All jobs are project managed, from costing through to completion, by either Nick or Angus.

Angus Urquhart - Director
A Licensed Builder with a Bachelor of Building (UNSW), Angus has 14 years experience in the industry. Prior to Grange, Angus worked as Project Manager for Built Pty Ltd and as a General Foreman for Cordukes Ltd.

Nicholas Cockle - Director
A Licensed Builder, Nick has over 18 years experience in the industry. He holds a Certificate in Building Supervision and has a trade qualification in Carpentry and Joinery. Previously Nick worked as a Leading-hand Carpenter with
Paynter Dixon Pty Ltd and All Conversions and Additions Pty Ltd

The company also directly employees a team of experienced carpenters and labourers. The vast majority of Grange’s trade sub-contractors have a well established history working with the company. All of Grange’s staff have undertaken Workcover accredited safety training and senior staff participate in the Continuing Professional Development Program. Nick and Angus have also undertaken training in relation to the Building and Sustainability Index (BASIX).
